Light bubbling on a very small part of front-board, a negligible really small stain on the spine and two pages with some browning because a piece of paper once had been laid in between.
Original publisher's gilt cloth, with the gilt still very bright on front-board and spine. Pages uncut, with 7 full-page plates, a map, a plan and many illustrations in the text. The first page of the ads is decorated with a very charming border in art nouveau style.
