Booksellers' ticket of W. Brierley, Leeds on front pastedown. There is an inscription on the front paste down, which reads:

to be more in accordance
with the taste of the recipient
by her mistress.
Missing front flyleave which apparently has been removed. Extremities a bit rubbed and head and tail as well as corners lightly bumped, but overall a presentable copy of a book which is rare in its first edition.
