Folio, 410 x 327 mm, loose as issued in beige wrappers with the short title embossed on a green background on the frontside. Beige cloth chemise and slipcase with a printed paper label to the spine of the chemise. Limited edition of 120 copies of which this is number 71.


Accompanied by a text section written by Georges Cartroux.

Thirty absolutely magnificent chromoxylographs printed on Japanese paper by Théo Schmied after the drawings of his father François-Louis. All plates protected by a sheet of heavy paper with the printed title and the number of the plate.

In this copy the colours are crisp and vibrant, enhancing the beauty of this publication.
