The numbering of the preliminary pages is leaving the impression that one leaf is wanting, however, the book is complete as issued.
The book was published anonymously, but it is attributed to William Rufus Chetwood, although Howes remarks: "Attributed also to Benjamin Victor and Daniel Defoe".
Subsequent editions were published in 1724, 1734 (2 editions), 1764 and 1769.
